Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026. Existing production terms, presented with the refreshed site design.

Smith Digital is operated by Steen Smith. This policy explains what information is collected through smithdigitalco.com, the free-audit request form, and direct business communications.

Information you choose to provide

The audit-request form may collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number, website, city and state, business challenge, and notes.

How the information is used

  • To review the business presence you asked Smith Digital to audit.
  • To respond about that request and arrange any requested meeting.
  • To prepare, provide, secure and document services if you become a client.
  • To maintain accurate business records, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.

Submitting an audit request does not enroll you in unrelated promotional email or text campaigns. Smith Digital does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Smith Digital uses Netlify for website hosting and form processing, Google services for business email and calendar functions, and HighLevel/LeadConnector for customer-relationship management. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information is shared only as reasonably needed to operate the requested service.

Attribution and website technology

The site may retain campaign labels such as source, medium, campaign and content so an audit request can be attributed to the page or campaign that produced it. As of this policy's effective date, the site does not run Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. This policy will be updated before new advertising or analytics tools are activated.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain the relationship, prevent duplicate or unwanted contact, and satisfy legitimate recordkeeping obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete information by emailing steenbballsmith@gmail.com. A limited suppression record may be retained when needed to honor a do-not-contact request.

Security and sensitive information

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, government identification numbers or other sensitive credentials through the website. Client access should be provided through least-privilege account invitations.

Children

Smith Digital's business services are not directed to children under 18, and the site is not intended to collect their personal information.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to steenbballsmith@gmail.com or made by calling 541-570-5560.
