Which next step takes
too much chasing?

Choose a starting example below. We adapt the workflow after reviewing how your team handles it today.

01 / HOME SERVICESFollow up on an open estimate

Keep the customer, estimate stage, and next action together. Give the office team a dated follow-up task and an editable draft based on approved notes.

Demo input: a fictional customer and an estimate summary.
Useful result: one owner, one task, and one draft to review.
Pilot measure: open estimates with a recorded next step.

02 / COMMERCIAL CLEANINGPrepare the next site walkthrough

Organize an inquiry around the location, type of cleaning, timing, and missing details. Prepare a site walkthrough checklist and a follow-up draft for the office to review.

Demo input: a fictional service request.
Useful result: a customer record, assigned task, and reviewed question list.
Pilot measure: requests ready for a site walkthrough.

03 / SERVICE BUSINESSESGive a new customer a clear handoff

Turn approved onboarding notes into a named next step. Keep the task, due date, and prepared welcome draft with the customer record so the next person has context.

Demo input: a fictional new customer and an agreed service.
Useful result: a handoff task and an editable welcome draft.
Pilot measure: new customers with an assigned next action.

Your workflow sets
the scope.

Show me one task your team repeats, where the information starts, and who needs the result. We will map that workflow before choosing the AI or connections it needs.

I work directly with you on the demo, written scope, setup, and handoff. Smith Digital serves Greenville and the Upstate remotely, with projects available nationwide.

Configured for your pilot

The AI and connections your workflow needs

Live AI and customer account connections require setup and testing. The alpha’s built-in assistant currently uses structured summaries and templates. Selected AI and delivery connections are scoped separately.

Jarvis is available through guided demos and agreed pilot work. Public self-service signup and automatic email delivery are not available in the current alpha.

Your quote names the tools, any provider fees, and what a person reviews. Results are measured against your agreed workflow.

Before your demo

A few useful answers.

Is Jarvis a finished, self-service AI product?

Jarvis is a private operations alpha available for guided demos. A customer pilot requires an agreed scope, account setup, and testing. There is no public signup or instant connection to your business accounts.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

Bring one repetitive task, the tools you use today, and the person who handles the next step. A fictional example is enough for the first demo.

Can it work with the tools we already use?

We review your tools before quoting. Each required connection must be supported and tested for the agreed workflow. We will identify any manual steps and separate provider fees in the scope.

Will Jarvis email customers on its own?

The current alpha prepares drafts and review steps. It does not send customer emails. A delivery connection would need its own setup, testing, and agreed approval rules before launch.

How much does a pilot cost?

The first 15-minute workflow conversation is free. Paid pilot work receives an exact written quote based on the workflow, connections, testing, and support required. No paid work begins before the scope is agreed.

What does a successful pilot look like?

We agree on one measure before building, such as customer records with an assigned next step or time spent preparing a reviewed follow-up. We compare that measure with your starting workflow before expanding.
